"He will punish you": Tim Sherwood impressed by one Tottenham player after Newcastle win

Tim Sherwood has shared his praise for Tottenham's Tanguy Ndombele following the midfielder's display against Newcastle United. The Spurs beat the Premier League rivals 3 - 2 on Sunday evening, with Ndombele scoring one of the winning goals for his side. Sherwood was impressed by the player's strike and described him as “a maverick” after the clash. “The first Spurs goal is well worked," Ex-Tottenham manager said on Premier League Productions. “The ball goes out to Reguilon on the left, and you just can’t leave Ndombele in that kind of space. He is a maverick, and he will punish you in those situations.”
