"He’s top class": Jamie Carragher reacts to Tottenham latest transfer links

Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher has reacted to the latest transfer links with Wigan Athletic youngster Alfie Devine. The 15-year-old has impressed with his side in 2-0 FA Youth Cup win over Spurs earlier this year. According to The Daily Mail journalist Sami Mokbel, Tottenham are on their way to complete the signing of the young player from Championship club. Carragher has reacted to the latest links. He took Twitter to share his opinion the midfielder, saying: "Watched Alfie for a couple years & he’s top class. Just gutted Wigan couldn’t keep hold of him after the great work they’ve put into developing him & all their other prospects. Absolute disgrace what them owners have done!"
