Eintracht Frankfurt striker Ali Akman has admitted he dreams of playing for Liverpool after turning down Manchester City offer.
The 18-year-old has rejected to join Pep Guardiola's side, though it doesn't really mean there is not another Premier League club he would like to make a move.
Speaking about his plans, the attacker has named the clubs he would like to join, with Liverpool being among them.
“First of all, I want to put people in a good mood (at Frankfurt) and play in the Champions League,” he said.
“In the long term, however, I want to play in the Premier League or La Liga.”
“Liverpool, Real Madrid and Barcelona. Barca would be perfect. It isn’t easy to get to those levels, of course. But I have self-confidence.
“I am mentally strong and I am aware of the difficulties I will face. The most important point here is to work more and more every day.”
