Ian Wright has taken to social media to send a message to Calum Chambers following the 27-year-old's transfer from Arsenal to Aston Villa. Chambers has been with the Gunners since 2014. He signed for Villa on a free transfer during the January transfer window. The defender is under contract with Villa until June 2025. Following his departure, Chambers took to Instagram and shared a message: "7 years and a lifetime of memories later!! A special thanks to Arsene Wenger for making it possible and all the staff at London Colney who supported me through this chapter in my life 🙏🏼 Last but not least to all the fans that have supported me, you’ve made this experience one to remember! Calum." Taking to the comments section, Wright replied with several heart emojis.
