Jamie O'Hara expressed disbelief when Carlton Cole asserted that West Ham United's Jarrod Bowen is superior to Arsenal's Gabriel Jesus.
Cole, impressed with West Ham's current performance, holds the opinion that Bowen outshines Jesus. However, O'Hara, despite being a Tottenham fan, strongly disagreed.
The Brazilian, who joined Arsenal from Manchester City, made an immediate impact, aiding the team's push for the title. Some critics, influenced by his recent goal drought, have diminished their opinion of him.
The former West Ham forward;s claim on talkSPORT left O'Hara astonished, emphasizing the 26-year-old's regular inclusion in the Brazilian national team.
“Bowen, I think he’s better than Jesus,” Cole said.
In response to the 40-year-old's surprising statement, a startled the Spurs' ex star countered, stating, "He can't be better than Jesus! Jesus consistently represents his country [Brazil] every week; what is your basis for saying that?"
“Jesus is a top striker, Bowen is a really good player, for West Ham.” he added.
