Jamie Redknapp told that he could see a sense of ‘frustration’ in Tottenham duo Harry Kane and Heung-Min Son during yesterday’s game against Everton. Both players started Tottenham’s Premier League opener, as they fell to a 1-0 defeat to Carlo Ancelotti’s men. Redknapp touched upon Tottenham’s performance yesterday and the pretty grim showing that may get fans worried. “Sometimes I think it’s about having a structure about how you are going to play out from the back,” Redknapp told Sky Sports. “I watch Spurs sometimes, it looks like they want to play out from the back. They pass it to the right-back. They pass it to the keeper and then end up lumping it up the pitch. That’s not building up in stages. “Whereas I saw Everton, they had a real understanding of how they are going to play out from the back. They may have not had enough possession. But when they had it, there was a purpose of getting up the pitch with stages. But with Spurs, I could see the frustration in Harry Kane. I could see the frustration in Son. I didn’t see an intensity in trying to get the ball back.”
