Japan players set an example for everyone by cleaning changing rooms and bowing after defeat

Japan were knocked out of the World Cup yesterday at the hands of Belgium (3-2) but it didn’t make Japanese players and fans lose their charm and politeness they showed throughout their time at the World Cup. After their heartbreaking defeat Japan’s team remained on the pitch to bow to their dedicated fans and then they did some final cleaning up before leaving. Japan’s supporters followed suit and made sure the stadium was once again spotless following the game – just as they did after their win against Colombia. https://twitter.com/MaheshNegombo/status/1014029006994173952 https://twitter.com/MothershipSG/status/1009099776808243200 https://twitter.com/FIFAWorldCup/status/1013878538380902400
