Javi Gracia has spoken out on Leeds United's relegation battle in the Premier League.
The Whites are currently 19th in the league table with 23 points, one point behind 16th and 17th-placed Leicester City and West Ham, respectively, 2 points behind 15th placed Everton and 3 points behind 14th placed Nottingham Forest.
The relegation battle in the league is tough as 12th and 13th placed Crystal Palace and Wolves are 4 points ahead of Leeds.
The Whites prepare to face Wolves on Saturday in the league.
Speaking ahead of the game, in the press conference, Gracia said: "I don't relax. I live stressed! I feel the stress inside. The best way for me to help the players is (by) giving them confidence.
"They need the calmness to play the best way. I won't help them if I'm shouting and getting stressed a lot. Inside, for sure, I am stressed, but I try to give my players what they need.
"In this moment, they need confidence and support. They are showing me every day their quality and commitment."
