Jedinak trying to finalise new Villa deal

Australian international skipper Mile Jedinak is returning from the World Cup to the exit at Aston Villa and is trying to finalise a new club. Jedinak is one of the top earners at Villa Park on £50,000-a-week. His deal still has 12 months left to run after Villa gave him a huge contract to lure him from Premier League Crystal Palace in 2016 for a £4million fee. He is believed to be close to securing a new longer contract with another European club.
