Manchester United player Jesse Lingard has joined West Ham United on a loan deal for the rest of the season, according to Sky Sports. The England international has fallen down the pecking order at Old Trafford. He was aiming to secure an exit in order to gain more first-team minutes. Newcastle United and West Brom have also approached Lingard's representatives, however, he decided to join West Ham. The total cost of a potential contract is thought to be more than £3m, taking into account the loan fee and Lingard's wages.
