Joachim Low leading contender to replace Wenger

Germany boss Joachim Low is believed to be the leading contender to replace Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger. It’s believed that it’s Wenger’s final season in charge after nearly 22 years at the helm at Arsenal following successive defeats against Manchester City. The Gunners with their poor results are currently sixth in the table and 30 points behind league leaders Manchester City. They also failed to defend the FA Cup and lost to Chelsea in the Carabao Cup final. Having managed the national team since 2006, including a World Cup triumph in 2014, Low is the favourite with bookmakers to replace Wenger , with Carlo Ancelotti, Brendan Rodgers, Mikel Arteta, Diego Simeone and Leonardo Jardim also thought to be in the running.
