Joe Gomez sends a message to Georginio Wijnaldum following his departure from Liverpool

  Joe Gomez has sent a message to Georginio Wijnaldum, who is set to leave Liverpool this season.  Wijnaldum joined the Reds in 2016 and he is set to leave the club after five years, as his contract with the Premier League side expires in June 2021. There are reports that the 30-year-old will join La Liga side Barcelona. Gomez took to Instagram and posted a picture of Wijnaldum with a caption: "It’s hard to put into words my gratitude to of had you as a team mate but more than anything a brother. "Your someone I look up to and learnt a great deal from, an amazing person with the cleanest heart thank you for everything bro...We’ll all miss you @gwijnaldum ❤️."
