Chelsea reached the Champions League final after having celebrated a 3-1 on aggregate win over Real Madrid on Wednesday as Timo Werner and Mason Mount scored for the Blues.
Following the game, John Terry took to
Instagram and posted a picture of Mount at a young age and wrote: "Congratulations @chelseafc & @chelseafcw 💙 One more game to go... @championsleague @masonmount10 ⚽️💙👏🏻."
And Mount took to the comments section and replied: "Let’s go!! One more game 👊🏼💙."
