John Terry has taken to Instagram to send a message to Jack Grealish following Manchester City's title win.
City celebrated their 3rd Premier League title in 3 years on Sunday following a win over Chelsea. Despite the win, City were already champions as Arsenal suffered a defeat against Nottingham Forest before City's game.
Grealish, who won his second title with City, took to Instagram to send a message.
He wrote: "Premier league champions!!!! 🏆💙."
Meanwhile, Terry took to the comments' section and wrote: "Incredible mate @jackgrealish So happy for you 🏆 The first on many 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻."
City could end the season with three trophies as they are in the finals of FA Cup and Champions League.
