Jorginho drops hint over Chelsea future following Champions League victory

  Chelsea midfielder Jorginho has dropped a hint over his future at the club following the Champions League final win on Saturday. The 29-year-old played every minute of the 1-0 victory over Manchester City as the Blues lifted the UCL trophy for the first time since 2012. Jorginho has been reportedly linked with a move away, however, he has now appeared to have dropped a hint with an Instagram post. He posted two pictures of Chelsea members with a caption: "Another year ! This group is family, is team, is home! We achieved something big and living it with all of you guys made it even more special! Thanks guys see you very soon for many other special moments together ."
