Jose Mourinho has shared his thoughts on the potential winners of both the Premier League and the Champions League this season.
Additionally, he disclosed his preferences for which of his former clubs he would like to see triumph in this campaign. The Portuguese manager, who is currently without a club following his dismissal from Roma in January, discussed various topics during an appearance on Rio Ferdinand's FIVE YouTube channel.
Among these were his immediate plans, the challenges he faced in restructuring the Manchester United squad, and his favorite midfielder from England's renowned generation.
Regarding his predictions, the 61-year-old briefly deliberated between Manchester City and Liverpool for the Premier League title before ultimately favoring Pep Guardiola's team.
'Champions League, I would say City or Real Madrid. I would love Real Madrid to win it again for the club and for Carlo [Ancelotti]. I don't know, Bayern Munich can do it, Paris Saint-Germain.
'Looking at potential, I think City/Liverpool for the Premier [League], City/Real for the Champions [League].'
