According to journalist Paul Brown, the chances of Christian Pulisic joining West Ham United during the upcoming summer transfer window are highly unlikely.
The American's contract with Chelsea is set to expire in the summer of 2024, which potentially leaves the club with the option to sell him in order to receive a transfer fee.
In his 21 appearances across all competing for the Blues this season, the 24-year-old has found the back of the net only once. However, considering his young age and impressive performances during his time at Borussia Dortmund, it is evident that Pulisic possesses great potential and could bring a significant boost to several teams if provided with the opportunity.
Therefore, speaking to GiveMeSport, the journalist admitted he believes that the attacker won't make a switch to a fellow London side in the summer.
“I don’t think he sees West Ham, at the moment, as a team challenging for honours, even though they are close to a European final this year. I think Pulisic is shopping in a bigger market.”
