Liverpool are set to face Crystal Palace in their last Premier League clash on Sunday.
The Reds are currently 4th in the standings with 66 points, same as 5th placed Leicester City and a win this weekend will see them compete for the Champions League next season.
Ahead of the match head coach Jurgen Klopp has talked to the press and shared his thoughts on the game and the Champions League.
"We just have to win the game and we know we have to fight for it," said Liverpool boss.
"The 7-0 is irrelevant, even for info. None of that info is in the meeting tomorrow for the boys.
"The door opened for us a little bit and we have to step through, that is what the boys did. We only have to focus on us. Last Thurs, Sun, Weds, Sun is the toughest period you can imagine. We have to recover properly, take one session and be at our best v Palace.
"Because of the situation we are in, unless something strange happens and Leicester are 4 or 5 up and we're 0-0 we won't look at it. It's in our hands. Someone will tell me if something strange happens. We will play a top game, that is the plan.
"We have scored at the right moments and conceded less. That's what we had to do. But these kind of games (on Sunday) anything can happen. Nobody should expect the perfect game, I respect Palace too much. Less few opponents at Anfield gave their all too.
"It would be great if we could do it [Champions League] - it is really exciting as well. The boys will be tired after the season - but for now it is all good."
