Jurgen Klopp is set to sanction a summer transfer for Marko Grujicm who is currently playing in the Bundesliga.
The Serbian has scored four goals in 18 appearances for Hertha Berlin and has been hailed as the club’s ‘best midfielder in 20 years’.
Grujic has failed to start a Premier League game for the Reds since joining in 2016 and has been loaned out to Red Star Belgrade and Cardiff before heading to Berlin.
Diego Simeone’s side are in the market for a new midfielder and according to ESPN Grujic is one of their top targets with Liverpool set to spend £34.7m.
