Jurgen Klopp has provided an injury update on Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain after Brentford win.
The Reds celebrated a 3 - 0 victory over the rivals, with Oxlade-Chamberlain scoring one of the winning goals for his side.
The midfielder was substituted in the 74th minute of the game, seemingly having fitness issues.
"He was really good, it's a shadow on the game. We don't know yet. Hope it's nothing serious but we will get more info tomorrow. Too early to say, I have no idea," Klopp told the media after the match (via
Paul Gorst).
"This is the life of a footballer, no-one did anything wrong, [Oxlade injury] just happened. Let's wait for it, we don't know anything about it yet," the German manager
added.
