Jurgen Klopp has revealed what role Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain will play in the final stages of the Premier League.
The midfielder was sidelined for a year with ruptured knee ligaments, and has only played 20 minutes of first team football since rejoining the squad.
But the Liverpool boss believes that Oxlade-Chamberlain can help the Reds as Naby Keita won't be playing for the rest of the season.
“Yeah, of course. It is perfect that he is back but the intensity of the game we will see. We will use him, of course," said Klopp.
“It is very good that Ox is there and for sure he will be in the squad but we have to make a decision who starts. There is nothing good to say about Naby's injury but Ox being back is brilliant, yes.”
Liverpool's upcoming game will be against Newcastle on Saturday, May 4th.
