Jurgen Klopp has warned Liverpool not to overlook Bayern Munich ahead of their last 16 Champions League tie this month.
The German coach believes that reports of Bayren’s downfall are exaggerated as they have been criticized for being beset with all manner of problems.
He said: "We are still in the Champions League and I am very happy about in a very difficult game – yet (listening to some people) at some point it seems we are already through because 'it's only Bayern Munich!'
“Have you ever looked at the team they have or how they are in shape now? So we will be ready for Champions League and a very tough game."
But are the Reds able to cope with both domestic and European football? Klopp sees no issues.
He said: "We will try for sure. That is what we tried last year. There was the discussion this year that people said we should focus only on the league."
