Juventus lining up approach for Liverpool defender Virgil van Dijk

Juventus are reportedly lining up a £150m move for Liverpool centre-back Virgil van Dijk this summer, according to Daily Mail. Van Dijk has established himself as arguably the best defender in world football.  He joined Liverpool for £75m in 2018 - a fee which made him the world's most expensive defender at the time. Juventus are willing to dwarf that figure to prise the Dutchman away from Anfield. Juve believes Van Dijk may want a new challenge should Liverpool win the Premier League title this season. The Reds would be unwilling to sell one of their star assets, but Juventus are hopeful that a bid of £150m will tempt the Reds into selling. Source- Sportsmole
