Napoli star Kalidou Koulibaly's agent Fali Ramadami has reportedly travelled to Manchester to discuss a transfer to Manchester City. City are looking to bolster their defence ahead of the new season. Koulibaly is a top target but the club are in no rush to make the signing and are willing to wait until the Serie A club lowers their lofty valuation. Aurelio De Laurentiis, the club's president, has repeatedly spoken about the potential transfer in the press in recent weeks and suggested in his latest tirade that negotiations haven't been normal because there is bad blood between the club's following the collapsed deal to sign Jorginho two years ago. According to Gazzetta dello Sport, via SportWitness, Koulibaly's agent now in Manchester to hear an offer from City for the 29-year-old. It's claimed that Ramadami will then travel to Capri early next week to visit De Laurentiis.
