Kyrie Irving criticizes Warriors for Kevin Durant's Achilles Injury

Brooklyn Nets player Kyrie Irving has spoken out on Kevin Durant's injury as the former Warriors star suffered an Achilles injury during his last season with the Golden State. The injury, which he suffered in Game 5 of the NBA Finals in June , will prevent Durant from starting the new season with his new club as he is facing at least nine months out. And in an interview with Sports Illustrated, Irving said: "We all know [Durant] was not ready to play in that environment. He was out 31 days and we put him on a national stage in the Finals to end up selling a product that came before the person Kevin. And now I'm here to protect that."
