According to what has been reported by Daily Mail, Chelsea head coach Frank Lampard has sent club scouts to Glasgow to watch Lazio star Sergej Milinkovic-Savic in action in Europa League match against Celtic.
Lampard is interested in signing Serbian international after Chelsea's transfer ban is over.
Milinkovic-Savic, a box-to-box midfielder is highly rated in Europe. He was a long-term Juventus target, however, Bianconeri didn't want to sign him because of the demands from Lazio owner Claudio Lotito.
Lotito has not once said he will demand at least 100 m for Milinkovic-Savic, however this summer Chelsea hope to pay 60 m for the midfielders.
Serbia national team player has scored two goals this season so far.
