Latest update on Osmane Dembele's transfer: Arsenal board set to make decisive steps to bring the star in

Ousmane Dembele has been linked with a move to Arsenal in the summer. Talks over his potential move have emerged almost since his transfer to Barcelona from Borussia Dortmund in 2017. The forward was left out of the squad for Barcelona’s game against Real Betis at the weekend by coach Ernesto Valverde after he missed training on Thursday and didn’t report his absence to the club until later in the day. And reports claimed that his move from Barcelona is closer than ever. Despite his agent recent claim about Dembele’s future at Barcelona, Sven Mislintat and Raul Sanllehi are working very hard to convince the star to join Arsenal. It’s obvious that Dembele isn’t happy at Barca at the moment and Arsenal board are desperate to bring him to the Emirates. According to Mislintat and Sanllehi they will, anyway, sign him and if it doesn’t happen in January, it’ll be done in the summer.
