Leicester City have identified out-of-favour Arsenal midfielder Mohamed Elneny as a possible January target.
Elneny has not had any Premier League appearance so far and was also limited to Europa League and EFL Cup appearances by Unai Emery. The head coach hopes to fund £15m for Elneny as he wants to secure Villareal’s Pablo Fornals’ services.

Leicester Mercury reports that the Foxes are considering a bid when the transfer window reopens in January, having previously been linked with Elneny in 2017.
Elneny has made 75 appearances for Arsenal since moving from Basel in 2016.
