Liverpool make contact for Shcalke defender Ozan Kabak

Liverpool have made contact for Shcalke defender Ozan Kabak, according to football journalist Chris Williams. Reds have officially announced the transfer of Thiago Alcnatara yesterday evening, while they have agreed on a £45m deal for Wolves forward Diogo Jota. The latter is set to head to Melwood today to undergo a medical before completing the deal. And Williams claims Jurgen Klopp's side have also made contact for Kabak who could be the club's third signing in 24 hours.

Schalke sources confirm Liverpool have contacted them about Ozan Kabak. Official line - squad is settled & not for disruption now season is underway. Privately told an offer around €25m could force a rethink.
