Liverpool given green light to sign Dembele but only on one condition

Barcelona spent £90million to sign Dembele from Borussia Dortmund in 2017 and want the same fee back if they are to sell. The report claims, that Liverpool had not planned on a huge spent this summer unless one of Jurgen Klopp’s top targets came to the market. Dembele, who has performed well for the Catalans, is one of those key targets for the German.
