In addition, three Porto players go into the match knowing that a booking will see them miss the return leg back in Portugal on April 17.
Meanwhile, Liverpool will be missing left back Andy Robertson after he was booked in the closing stages of the 3-1 win at Bayern Munich in the last-16, with the Scot set to be replaced by James Milner at left-back.
Liverpool beat Porto 5-0 on aggregate in the last-16 of the competition last season, with all five goals coming in the first leg in Portugal.
