Liverpool linked centre-back claimed to be better than Robertson

Liverpool pundit Andy LFCDT has claimed that reported Liverpool target David Alaba is better that Andy Robertson. According to The Telegraph a number of Premier League clubs have been put ‘on alert’ with the Bayern Munich considering selling the player this summer as opposed to losing him on a free transfer next summer. Jurgen Klopp's side are said to be one of those clubs monitoring Alaba’s situation (Daily Mail via Sports Mole). The 28-year-old’s current contract only has until June 2021 to run and up until now, the club and the player have been unable to agree on an extension. The Austrian has been a regular for the Bundesliga champions this season, starting in 79% of their Bundesliga fixtures and making 28 appearances in total. Speaking on a recent edition of the podcast when the defender was being discussed, Andy LFCDT said: “David Alaba could sign for us and I’m not joking you, he’d be our best left-back, our second-best centre-back and our best midfielder – that’s the type of footballer that you’re talking about, that’s how good he is.” Source- This Is Futbol
