Liverpool star James Milner thanked Leeds United fans on
Instagram with a very touching message after
6-0 defeat.
Despite losing the game, Leeds fans gave a 'warm reception' to Milner, who came on with 13 minutes of normal time left to play.
After the game, the 36-year-old took to his
social media and wrote the following:
"Good to keep the momentum going ahead of Sunday and big Joel coming with a late shout for goal of month. Thanks to the Leeds supporters for the warm reception. Never take anything like that for granted"
