London Evening Standard: Chelsea make official offer for Borussia Dortmund winger Christian Pulisic

Chelsea have made a formal approach to sign Borussia Dortmund winger Christian Pulisic, according to the London Evening Standard. Pulisic has only 18 months left to run on his contract and he is rumoured to be valued at £70m by Dortmund. The bid tabled by the Premier League side is said to be below BVB’s asking price, but there is still hope on the Blues’ behalf. The USA International a longstanding target for Liverpool’s boss Jurgen Klopp. The 20-year-old has scored three goals in his 12 appearances for Borussia Dortmund.
