Man City - OUT of UCL? What does this MEAN for Wolves, Man United, Tottenham, Everton and Sheffield?

UEFA have banned Manchester City from European competitions for two seasons and fined €30 m.  Premier League champions are punished for not following the financial fair-play rules.  A massive news for Pep Guardiola, the club itself and the league. Surely, Manchester City would have become one of the teams representing England in the Champions League next season. But now things will be totally different.  Most probably, the 5th placed team in the Premier League will take the 4th spot as it is hard to believe that Cityzens will be left out of the Top - 4.  And this is massive news for the clubs placed below the Top - 4. Currently, the Premier League table looks as follows  9th placed Wolverhampton are 4 points behind Sheffield United, and if 5th place will guarantee Champions League qualification, Nuno Espirito side becomes even closer to that.  The same also refers to Manchester United, Everton Tottenham and even Arsenal.
