Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has told chairman Khaldoon Al Mubarak he’ll leave the club if his revolution goes wrong.
City handed Liverpool an eight-point lead at the top of the Premier League table after defeating to Wolves at Etihad.
The City manager discussed his relationship with owner Khaldoon in a new book, ‘Pep’s City: The Making of a Superteam’.
"He knows I’d step aside if things weren’t going to plan," Guardiola says in the book, according to The Sun .
“I’ll give everything to avoid that and make every effort to move things forward. No coasting.”
