Manchester City have given an injury boost ahead of their Champions League clash against Atalanta on Wednesday.
Rodri was seen to return to the first team training after his hamstring problem, while David Silva is possible to miss the upcoming fixtures against Atalanta and Liverpool. He complained a muscle problem during the first half of the Southampton match last weekend.
"I didn't speak with the doctor but when he has a muscular problem and cannot play more minutes it is because he has something and when it is a muscular problem it is always a minimum of 10-12 days," Guardiola told about Silva after the game.
The 18-year-old Tommy Doyle is also likely to be out of the game after his first team debut against Southampton in the Carabao Cup last week, in spite of being part of the training squad.
Aleks Zinchenko was absent as he continues to recover from surgery on his knee. Leroy Sane and Aymeric Laporte are missing as well.
