Manchester United are willing to pay what it takes to sign Real Madrid defender Raphael Varane, according to the London Evening Standard. The Real Madrid star is the dream signing for the Red Devil chief executive Ed Woodward. Woodward is willing to make Varane the most expensive defender in history if he can convince Madrid to sell. Varane has worked with Jose Mourinho in the past.
