Manchester United have reportedly close to reaching an agreement with PSV star Cody Gakpo.
According to Galetti, the 23-year-old has already reached an agreement for personal terms with the Premier League giants.
The Dutch winger could be available for a £26m transfer fee as the Eredivisie club are in desperate need to sell players due to financial problems.
Alongside the Red Devils, fellow England rivals Arsenal and Leeds United are also interested in the player.
According to the Telegraph, the Gunners are keen to bring Gakpo to the Emirates in January after failing to get his transfer in the summer, on the deadline day.
However, as of now, Erik ten Hag's side are the top favorites to beat Premier League rivals and be the rising star's next destination.
The player already has 13 goals and 14 assists under his name from his 21 appearances in all competitions this season.
