Manchester United are interested in signing Sporting Lisbon centre-back Eduardo Quaresma.
The 18-year-old has impressed with the Portuguese side, joining the first-team squad since the manager Ruben Amorim's arrival at the club. He made his senior debut on June 4 during a 2-2 draw with Vitoria, becoming a regular starter.
According to Goal, the young defender has been linked with a number of clubs, including Manchester United, Chelsea, Liverpool, Juventus, Inter and Atletico Madrid.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side are said to have some advantage, with the defender signed to Unique Sports Management, which is the same agency who represent Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Axel Tuanzebe.
Quaresma's deal with Sporting expires in June 2025 and includes a £40.9m release clause.
