Manchester United make a decision on Ole Gunnar Soslkjaer’s summer transfer budget

Manchester United chiefs are ready to hand Ole Gunnar Solskjaer the club’s biggest ever transfer budget of more than £200million this summer, according to the Evening Standard. Solskjaer was given the Manchester United’s manager’s job on a permanent basis just two weeks ago and is already looking to put his stamp on the Old Trafford club. The Norwegian is ready to offload up to eight players and has drawn up a seven-man wish list as he looks to rebuild his team. United want to sign Raphael Varane from Real Madrid, who would cost around £68million. Napoli would want at least £60m for another target Kalidou Koulibaly, however, according to the report, the Senegal international, 27, will come at a high price-up to £100m. Jadon Sancho of Borussia Dortmund, who has been linked with a move to Old Trafford, would cost around £80m.  Midfield targets Bruno Fernandes and Saul Niguez would also set United back. Nevertheless, number 1 summer transfer priority for United is keeping top players Paul Pogba and David de Gea at the club. Source-Evening Standard
