Manchester United star to leave club on free with Athletic Bilbao circling

Manchester United midfielder Ander Herrera is out of contract at the end of the season and despite Jose Mourinho is keen on him  to stay at Old Trafford, Herrera will consider his options in January. Reportedly, Herrera is linked with a move to Athletic Bilbao. He played just 68 minutes in the Premier League, falling down the pecking order behind Fred, Marouane Fellaini and Scott McTominay. Herrera is out of contract at the end of the season and will consider his options as the current deal on offer to extend his stay at Old Trafford is not what he had hoped for. Jose Mourinho has offered Herrera to stay at the club, but Athletic Bilbao could table an offer that would be of the midfielder’s interest.
