Liverpool and Bayern Munich will face each other in the Champions League Last-16 stage.
Ahead of the game, Bayern goalkeeper Manuel Neuer has spoken out on the upcoming matches.
Neuer said: “They’re having a very good season and we know they were in the Champions League final last year,”
“They certainly won’t be delighted with the draw, either. They can counter quickly and they’re dangerous in front of goal, but they’re also vulnerable, as we’ve seen, and they’ll be up against a good Bayern attack.”
However, Neuer’s comments didn’t sit well with Liverpool’s fans.
One supporter replied: "Yea yea we are "vulnerable" and yet we are top of the EPL and you have an excellent team that's sitting 3rd in the German league."
Another Reds fan posted: "We’re 17 games into the league campaign and we’ve conceded 7 goals in all games and played the other 5 teams in the top 6. Not sure what planet he is on when his Bayern side are struggling in 3rd place in a 2 team league."
A third supporter tweeted: "Maybe he is watching a DVD of season 2017/18."
