Max Verstappen hopes to join Senna and Berger with a victory with Honda in Japan

Max Verstappen made his Formula 1 debut aged just 17 in the Japanese Grand Prix, but he has never won in the circuit. Verstappen reveals it’s his ambition to win this weekend at Honda’s home Grand Prix. The Dutchman can become only the third driver to do so with the Japanese engine. Ayrton Senna and Gerhard Berger are only two drivers to win the race with a Honda in Japan. “It's a very nice circuit to drive, but I generally love Suzuka anyway. It is a special place for me. I made my debut here when I was just seventeen and that is a memory I will never forget," Verstappen said.  Honda are hoping to really impress in front of their home fans and Verstappen wants to win the race here too. “I already achieved good results at Suzuka with third and second place, but never a win. So we would like to go one step higher."
