Mike Dean axed from Tottenham's clash with Chelsea

Tottenham will be playing an away game against Chelsea on February 27. The fourth official duty was given to Mike Dean but after the post-match flare-up with Pochettino at Burnley on Saturday, FA decided to take off Dean from the duty. (via TheSun) Pochettino angrily confronted Dean in the centre-circle after his side’s costly 2-1 defeat, bemoaning a series of decisions in the game. Tottenham boss has appeared to say “Say that again, in front of the camera" as he heard something coming from Mike Dean. Now the referee has been switched to the same role for Manchester City’s home match with West Ham. It is unclear at this stage whether Dean will recommend an FA misconduct charge or suggest a Stage One warning is appropriate.
