The 2018/19 Premier League earnings have been announced by
Swiss Ramble and, despite claiming the titles, Manchester City haven’t come out on top.
Liverpool have earned an incredible £251m TV income from the Premier League & Europe. It is the first time a club has received more than a quarter of a billion pounds from this revenue stream.
In fact, four English clubs are above £200m, including Tottenham £235m, Manchester City £233m and Manchester United £225m.
Europa League clubs earned much less (around £40-50m) than their Champions League peers: Chelsea £185m and Arsenal £174m.
Despite all their problems in 2018/19, United actually led the way in terms of year-on-year growth, receiving £40m more than 2017/18.
