Napoli’s Dries Mertens on Arsenal and Manchester United radar

Manchester United and Arsenal are eying Serie A club Napoli player Dries Mertens. Though the Serie A side are eager to tie the Belgian forward with fresh terms, they are facing competition from the Premier League. It has been suggested that Mertens has an exit clause worth of 30 million. Despite the fact chairman Aurelio De Laurentiis wants the Belgian to sign a new contract with the Serie A side for around 3.5 million pounds a year, no agreement has been reached yet which gives a hope to Premier League sides.
