New dates revealed for Champions League and Europa League finals

Champions League final could take place three months after it was scheduled. The latest suggestion claims, it will take place on August 29, in the Ataturk Stadium, Istanbul. Europa League final, meanwhile, will be held three days before that. According to the new plan, quarter-finals happen at the end of July, with semi-finals in August.

UEFA is considering proposals which would see the Champions League final being played on August 29, three months later than originally scheduled.

Manchester City have the second leg of their round of 16 ties with Real Madrid still to play. As well as Chelsea, who need to play against Bayern Munich. Juventus will play the second leg with Lyon and Barcelona with Napoli. Atalanta, RB Leipzig, Paris Saint-Germain and Atletico Madrid have already booked their place in the quarter-final. Source: BBC
