<p>Fabrizio Romano has revealed Manchester United&#39;s upcoming transfer plans following the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The two sides parted ways by mutual agreement following the Portuguese star&#39;s exclusive interview with Piers Morgan about his latest struggles at Old Trafford.&nbsp;</p>

<p>United will save around&nbsp;&pound;17m as Ronaldo has refused to receive any pay off. Now the club will be looking for a replacement for the attacker in order to improve the squad.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Erik ten Hag&#39;s side were planning to invest in a new forward next summer, however, as things stand, they are already in search of a new fresh player for January.&nbsp;</p>
