How Chelsea could line-up with Mertens, Rice and Chilwell

Best friend Mason Mount and Declan Rice could reassemble at Chelsea next season. Rice was released by Chelsea when he was 15-year-old but he bounced back. The Hammers are reluctant to lose their star academy graduate, but with financial pressures, Rice could be let go for £70million. With Rice's return potentially paving, how the Blues could look next season.
